Mission
To bring women to maturity in their walk with Christ and each other.
Vision
To provide activities, small group studies and special events that offer opportunities for genuine encounters with the true and living God.
Ministries for Women
- Bible Studies meet weekly in small groups. Each study has homework to be completed outside of class. The meetings provide opportunities for women to encourage each other, pray, share, and grow in their knowledge of the Word. Bible Study Coordinator - Leila Dumas.
- Heart to Heart monthly fellowship options enable women to be connected to a smaller group. Meetings include teaching and discussion based on Scripture. They also provide opportunities for women to encourage each other, pray, and share. For more information on Tuesday Heart to Hearts call Karen Garrett and for Saturday Heart to Hearts call Jaime Johnson.
- Retreats are scheduled once or twice each year to: (1) relieve women of the routine and pressures of daily life so they can focus wholly on seeking God; (2) strengthen women spiritually through concentrated teaching; (3) provide opportunities for uninterrupted fellowship time with other Christian women; and (4) provide an environment for unbelievers to see Christ in the lives of believers.
- Christmas Coffee provides an excellent opportunity for outreach with specific focus on the reason for the season – the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus.
- TLC Ministry provides meals during times of special need such as illness, surgery and childbirth. TLC Coordinator- Linda Segura.
- First Sunday Church Dinners Held at Dr. John's after Worship Services. Coordinator - Barb Dugone
