Interested in Ministry?
As with most church organizations, there are many opportunities to get involved in the work of the ministry. In fact, according to Ephesians, the fourth chapter, every believer should be engaged in the ministry that God has gifted them to do. Does that mean that God has actually called you to work for Him? The answer is a resounding “yes”.
According to church experts, most churches operate on the 80-20 rule. The 80-20 rule goes something like this: 20% of the congregation does 80% of the work and pays for 80% of the bills. The other 80% does 20% of the work and pays for 20% of the bills. Doesn’t sound fair or effective—does it? At Believers Fellowship we want to break out of the 80-20 rule—we want a very high percentage of our congregation engaged in meaningful ministry and faithful support of God’s work. We want you to be a part of the solution.
- How would you like to be involved?
- What is your spiritual gifting(s)?
- What ministry have you been called to do?
- Are you being all that God has called you to be?
- Do you require more training in order to serve effectively?
- What are you waiting for?
From time to time, actual jobs will be listed on this page; however, you can set up an appointment with RJ Dugone this moment. If you say the magic words, “RJ, I want to serve,” I will find or help you find a place where you can become involved in the work of the ministry.
