Becoming a Member...
For some people, becoming a member of a church organization can be a daunting challenge. What if they want something from you—like your right leg? At Believers Fellowship we have a very simple formula for those that want to become members. Here they are:
- Are you a Believer?(Is Jesus living in your heart?)
- Do you “feel” that God is leading you to be a part of the Believers Fellowship community?(In other words, is this a good place for you to serve God and fellowship with other believers?)
- Do you agree with the things that we believe? (You will find more information on the What We Believe ” page)
If the answer to the above three questions is “yes”, then you are a prime candidate to join our fellowship. Here is what you can do to join:
- Fill out an Individual Information card and check the “I would like to become a member” line.
- Place the card in the offering plate or give it to an elder.
- You will be contacted to participate in a new members’ orientation class. (This class is a two-hour session with a lunch)
- After the orientation class you can decide if membership is something that you want to pursue. If you say “yes” to membership, your name will go before the Elders to be officially added to our membership roster.
